TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services, facility, and member platform provided by Arcane Baseball LLC ("Arcane Baseball," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for a membership or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

MEMBERSHIP & FACILITY USE

Membership provides access to the Arcane Baseball facility and its training resources according to your membership tier. Members are expected to treat the facility, equipment, staff, and other athletes with respect, follow posted safety rules, and use equipment as intended. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers others or damages the facility.

CAGE RESERVATIONS

Members may reserve cage time using their allotted monthly reservation credits through our member platform. Reserved cage time will be honored. Walk-in use remains available and encouraged when space allows. Reservation credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may have the associated credit returned in accordance with our current cancellation policy.

TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Arcane Baseball, including reservation confirmations, reminders, and facility updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

PLAYER INFORMATION

Training data, metrics, and development information recorded on the member platform are provided to support each athlete's growth. For minor athletes, a parent or guardian is responsible for the account and its use.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Athletic training involves inherent physical risks. By participating, members (and the parents or guardians of minor athletes) acknowledge these risks and agree to participate responsibly and within their ability. This summary does not replace any separate waiver or release you may be asked to sign.

PAYMENTS

Membership fees, lesson fees, and other charges are billed according to the plan or arrangement you select. Prepaid services are delivered over the agreed term.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
