Speed and Agility
Train 3x per week for 6 weeks and drop your 60-yard time by .30 seconds on average. Led by a 12-year MLB catcher who's caught thousands of pro pitchers, CY Youngs, and All-Stars, our program combines TrackMan data with proven mechanics to build velocity, command, and confidence. How does scheduling work?
Scheduling Coordination
- Staff coordinates with families via phone/text/in-person
- Ensure 2-3 sessions per week availability
- We try and book for a month at a time.
- Match player to appropriate training times
Group Placement (Staff-Controlled)
- Staff creates the groups (not player choice)
- Groups designed so players push each other
- Similar age/skill level when possible
- Maximum 5 players per group
- Priority: No one gets lost in the shuffle
