Arcane Baseball LLC ("Arcane Baseball," "we," "us") operates

arcanebaseball.com, players.arcanebaseball.com, and our training facility

at 1200 Heyward Street, Columbia, SC 29201. This policy explains what

information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, mailing

address, date of birth, graduation year, school, and payment information

when you create an account, book a lesson or cage rental, purchase a

membership, or register for a camp.

Player development information: training metrics, session notes, video,

and performance data collected during training, including data from

HitTrax, TrackMan, and similar systems.

Automatic information: basic usage and device information collected when

you visit our websites, including cookies used for analytics.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to schedule and deliver lessons, cage rentals, camps,

and memberships; process payments; maintain player development records;

send account and scheduling communications; and operate and improve our

services.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate,

such as payment processing, scheduling, email delivery, and text message

delivery. These providers may use the information only to perform services

for us.

We may share player development information with college coaches,

recruiters, or scouts only when a player or parent has specifically asked

us to, or has opted in to recruiting features in our player app.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of

our members, staff, or facility.

CHILDREN AND PARENTAL CONSENT

Many of our members are under 18. Accounts for minors are created by a

parent or legal guardian, who provides consent for the collection and use

of the minor's information described in this policy. A parent or guardian

may review, request changes to, or request deletion of their child's

information by contacting us at the address below.

DATA RETENTION

We keep account and training records for as long as you are a member and

for a reasonable period afterward for business and recordkeeping purposes,

then delete or anonymize them.

SECURITY

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No

method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot

guarantee absolute security.

YOUR CHOICES

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal

information by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails

using the link in any message, and from text messages by replying STOP.
